About Winning Teams
Who is Winning Teams?
Winning Teams is the organisation that manages the “Winning Teams in Education” programme on behalf of the programme sponsor.
We have had a long history with financial institutions in South Africa and abroad. Since 1994, we have helped large organizations improve the performance of their people in our own unique way. We know that people are the foundation of business success, and that their attitudes, knowledge and skills are what make some companies much more successful than others.
Why Winning Teams?
After more than a decade of working in business, we realised that whilst we were making a difference in the workplace, we could make a very meaningful contribution to the development of the next generation of workers. We have drawn on the lessons learnt over many years, and the experiences gained from working with many hundreds of thousands of people in business, and developed a very unique programme that addresses the needs of educators and learners in South African schools.
